The property offer of the real estate portfolio of ORCO Germany has been extended in the central districts of Mitte, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg und Charlottenburg. For example, the Gebauer-Höfe with a gross floor space of 20,000 m². The commercial property is equipped with a modern ORCO-GSG fiber optics cable network.

ORCO Property Group finalises through its listed subsidiary Orco Germany the acquisition of Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft mbH (GSG) in JV with Morgan Stanley Real Estate

2004
Opening of the European TelematicsFactory (ETF), the competence center for mobility and mobility-servicing IT applications in the newly constructed gatehouse in the GSG-HOF Helmholtzstraße 2-9, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

2002
Conclusion of the restoration of the historical ensemble at the Königlichen Porzellan-Manufaktur (KPM), one highlight in the 40-year restoration history of the GSG

Premier of the WirtschaftsPartnerTag at the WirtschaftsPartner building in the GSG-HOF Wolfener Straße 32-36. With the services it has bundled under one roof, this represents a unique project for regional economic development.

Acquisition of the State of Berlin’s GSG shares by the Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB)

First GSG project in eastern Berlin: Construction of the industrial park

Laying the cornerstone for the GSG HOF Pankow on October 10th.

Establishment of the first technology and innovation park in Germany (Technologie- und Innovationsparks - TIB) in the GSG-HOF Gustav-Meyer-Allee. The Berliner Innovations- und Gründerzentrum (BIG) is also established here.
