Once, the master typographer Otto Elsner had his factory building constructed here in Berlin-Kreuzberg between 1912 and 1914. Today, the traditional old building is listed and owned by ORCO-GSG. The whole complex was renovated in 1989 and expanded by a three-storied new building. This industrial park has a number of industrial units ranging from 300 to 700sqm in size that can be used as offices or for production purposes. A number of creative and trades people and various other companies have set up business here: e.g. printer, graphic artists and engravers, medical engineers, architects, engineers and motor mechanics.

The master typographer Otto Elsner had a traditional factory building in mind when he had it constructed in 1912. The GSG-HOF, which was expanded by one new building in 1989, is situated in a quiet and central location near Moritzplatz in Berlin-Kreuzberg, bordering on the Mitte district.

The old building of this property has a basement and four upper stories. Not so the new building: this building is two-storied and has an underground garage. All industrial units have one thing in common, though, and that is the access to one of the two lifts and freight elevators.Building Structured data wiring connects all units with the PSTN. Rentable direct internet access, separate ladies' and gents' rooms and pre-installed staff kitchens are standard in each commercial unit.
