Once, the master typographer Otto Elsner had his factory building constructed here in Berlin-Kreuzberg between 1912 and 1914. Today, the traditional old building is listed and owned by ORCO-GSG. The whole complex was renovated in 1989 and expanded by a three-storied new building.

This industrial park has a number of industrial units ranging from 300 to 700sqm in size that can be used as offices or for production purposes. A number of creative and trades people and various other companies have set up business here: e.g. printer, graphic artists and engravers, medical engineers, architects, engineers and motor mechanics.

The master typographer Otto Elsner had a traditional factory building in mind when he had it constructed in 1912. The GSG-HOF, which was expanded by one new building in 1989, is situated in a quiet and central location near Moritzplatz in Berlin-Kreuzberg, bordering on the Mitte district.

The old building of this property has a basement and four upper stories. Not so the new building: this building is two-storied and has an underground garage. All industrial units have one thing in common, though, and that is the access to one of the two lifts and freight elevators.
